acceptable location unacceptable room condition
cheap furniture worst shower
the location is quite central to everything in the town and the breakfast selection was acceptable with outdoor seating.
the room was quite dated with cheap furniture drawers did not align properly i also had the worst shower I have ever experienced on a vacation the television picture was out of sync i expected a better room for the price

helpful staff amazing views super clean condition perfect location
I am waiting for my airport transfer right now. the staff are amazing and very helpful! breakfast included tastes for everyone! i upgraded to a harbor view. Those morning views are amazing. the cleaners keep the hotel super clean. It smells very nice everywhere. the location is perfect. It gives access to everything.
the tv had only news channels. it was not a big issue for me, but the picture was not synced.

the hotel sits at a very convenient location near the harbor. it is near the ferry terminal and provides access to many shops and restaurants, just a short walk away. this makes exploring the area easy.

my room had a large, comfortable bed that gave me the best night's sleep. there was sufficient storage, including a free safe for valuables. a balcony also came with chairs, a table, and a clothes dryer.

breakfast had a wide selection including local and international food. the food was always replenished and the staff was very friendly! there was both indoor and outdoor seating, with a no-smoking area outside.

The rooftop pool is a nice spot! but it gets crowded. You might need luck to find a bed. there is a rooftop bar and tables as well, perfect for lounging!

terrible shower missing plaster
the breakfast was great and had lots of tastes.
The shower was terrible. It was seriously the worst shower i have ever experienced on a holiday. the room was not sound proof. I could hear a lot of noise coming from the bars across the harbor at night. the pool itself looked really quite shabby with plaster missing around the side.
